Job Description:

We are looking for a designer who loves to build. You will not be writing PHP code, managing servers, or debugging DNS records. Your sole focus is translating our high-standard brand identities into pixel-perfect, responsive websites using WordPress, Elementor Pro or sometimes, Figma. You are the “Visual Builder.”

Core Responsibilities:

• Visual Building (No-Code):
  Build complete corporate websites using Figma or Elementor Pro based on wireframes and brand guidelines. You design directly in the browser using a visual interface.
• Responsive Adaptation:
  Ensure all designs are flawless across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile devices, ensuring the user experience is consistent on all screens.
• Asset Management:
  Prepare and optimize design assets (images, SVGs, icons) for web performance without sacrificing visual quality.
• UI Maintenance:
  Execute design updates and layout changes for existing client websites (e.g., creating new landing pages or updating team sections).
• Brand Consistency:
  Work closely with the Branding Team to ensure the website strictly follows the typography, color palette, and visual identity of the client.

What You Will NOT Do (The “Safe Zone”):

• No Server Management:
  You do not handle hosting, plugins, or server security.
• No Migrations:
  You do not handle domain pointing, DNS records, or database migrations. Our tech team will handles the connections.
• No Backend Coding:
  You are not expected to write PHP or develop custom plugins.

Job Requirements:

• Required skill(s): WordPress, Elementor, Figma
• Knowledge of Adobe software will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in English. Able to communicate in Malay/Chinese will be an added advantage.
• A good team player.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, responsible and committed.
• Minimum 1 year(s) of working experience in web design agency

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Designer with a strong eye for concept, visual systems, and brand expression. This role focuses on creating brand identities, key visuals, and core creative assets that define how a brand looks and feels across touchpoints.

You’ll work closely with our creative director and project teams on corporate branding, rebranding, and campaign-style visuals.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to branding and rebranding projects, including logo design, brand identity systems, key visual concepts, and brand guideline decks.

• Develop key visuals for corporate brands, campaigns, launches, and marketing materials, ensuring strong conceptual grounding and visual clarity.

• Translate brand strategy and positioning into cohesive visual languages across print and digital applications.

• Collaborate with our creative director, writers, and project managers to refine concepts and execute ideas accurately.

• Ensure consistency, quality, and craft across all brand and key visual deliverables

• Participate in creative discussions, concept reviews, and internal critiques to raise overall design standards.

Job Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of professional design experience, with strong emphasis on branding, brand identity systems, and key visual development.

• A solid portfolio demonstrating logo design, brand systems, and conceptual key visuals (not just executions)

• Strong conceptual thinking — able to translate brand strategy into clear visual directions

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Strong understanding of typography, colour systems, layout, and visual hierarchy

• Able to develop designs that are consistent, scalable, and brand-led, not just visually attractive

• Detail-oriented with high standards for craft, alignment, and visual consistency

• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision

• A collaborative team player who communicates clearly with project managers, writers, and other designers

• Proficient in English; Malay and/or Mandarin is an added advantage
