EdgeProp Property Award Book Design
Plaza Arkadia is a distinct and stylish lifestyle destination located at ParkCity TownCenter, Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur. ParkCity Holdings commissioned us to create an editorial design for EdgeProp‘s Malaysia Best Managed and Sustainable Property Awards 2020 award submission. Our team was able to come up with a classy and stylish design which truly embodies Plaza Arkadia and its brand direction.

Rationale
The award book cover was designed with the embedded values of Plaza Arkadia in mind. While maintaining its brand guideline, the concept of family, togetherness, nature and lifestyle were captured in the images and circle concept.
Every circle is connected with Plaza Arkadia which symbolises the important play they all play in forming a good society.
Challenge
We were commissioned for an Edgeprop Property Award Book design so we came up with a concept that highlights Plaza Arkadia as a lifestyle centre at Desa ParkCity. However, we had to follow strict brand guidelines and emphasise Plaza Arkadia’s strengths. We also had to manage with the tight timeline but with the team’s effort we managed to produce the finished book in time.
Result
The result was a clean layout and refined design elements that complement the submission. The submission was awarded the Gold Winner.
