Cover Concept & Design

Rationale

The technical report covers were contrived from ideas that support SEDA’s notions of sustainability and environmental management, by incorporating images such as solar panels and windmills. We opted for an identical background design with different colours for the three reports to promote cohesiveness while highlighting their individual subjects.

To elucidate, the orange, green, and blue cover of Green Technology Incentives for Households and SMEs reminds us of SEDA’s association with the government. Next, the yellow for Putrajaya Waste Minimization and Management Plan signifies a call to action. Meanwhile, the purple cover of Low Carbon Public Transportation (Bus) is reminiscent of the ever-iconic GoKL bus.

The challenge here was to create professional, clear, and concise reports that encourage comprehension. A strong emphasis on readability must be optimised as well. Here, we lent a hand in converting data-heavy copy into well-crafted reports for our client.

By adapting to our client’s needs, we were able to navigate through the challenges without forsaking results. Passionate and proactive in our work, we delivered a successful completion of the project with accurate copy, infographic, and graph to enhance clarity.
