Most clients engage us across both so the parent organisation and each commercial brand stay aligned. We can also start with one and add the other later.
Yes. We design and write to the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 Section 47 rules for hospital and clinic advertising, the Medical Device Authority registration framework for product collateral, and the Medicine Advertisements Board guidance for consumer-facing pharmaceutical communications. Compliance review sits inside the production schedule rather than at the end, so artwork does not have to be reworked after legal sign-off.
Yes. We have produced product brochures and flyer suites for medical-device clients including Edwards Lifesciences. Brochures carry product registration data, indication of use and the regulatory disclaimers expected by the Medical Device Authority. We design the document so that regulatory text and clinician-facing claims sit in the right hierarchy without losing brand quality.
We start with the patient journey, not the brand. Plain Malaysian English, Bahasa Malaysia and where needed Mandarin, written at the reading level your catchment expects. Sensitive conditions get a doctor-led review cycle before they hit production, so the language is medically accurate and emotionally appropriate. We have done this for genetic testing, healthcare waste services, interventional pain medicine and aesthetic medicine.
A new clinic launch typically runs 8 to 12 weeks from kickoff to opening day. Brand identity sits in weeks 1 to 5. Website build runs from week 3 to week 9. Patient-facing collateral such as opening leaflet, treatment menu and signage lands in weeks 7 to 10. Opening campaign creative and the first month of social posts go live in the final two weeks before opening day.
Yes. We design sustainability reports, impact reports and CSR publications for healthcare and pharmaceutical groups, with full editorial direction and infographic support. Reports follow the relevant sustainability reporting framework with sector-specific frameworks layered in. We can run the report alongside the corporate annual report or as a standalone publication, in print and web-friendly PDF formats.
