Midasdes is a real estate company in Kuala Lumpur led by leaders with more than a decade of experience in the property industry. We were given the absolute honour of developing Midades’ brand and their first property project, Quatorze Residence.
The strategically located Quatorze Residence is a 14-unit 3-storey link house development project positioned in the city centre of Cheras. For this task, Walk Production contributed to the launching of Midasdes’ website and Quatorze’s project conceptualisation.

Rationale
Instead of shouting loud, we positioned the brand with subtle yet profound elegance. The use of darker shades of blue exudes an air of refinement while the use of gold elevates Midasdes’ charming grandeur.
The crocus flower was chosen as it is the symbol of rebirth, glee and mirthfulness; for we believe those characteristics to astutely reflect the quintessential nature of Quatorze Residence.
Challenge
Our challenge was to brand the residence and prepare it for launch with limited information on both the company and its property project. We strived to create a website and company profile content for Midasdes and produce a full branding and sales kit for Quatorze Residence.
Result
We successfully assisted our client in creating a brand that not only provides value but also adds more value. We also crafted a website and company profile that clearly and confidently highlights our client’s strengths.
