Project-level work covers a single development launch, with project name, identity, sales-gallery brochure, microsite and 3D visualisation. Most clients engage us across both so the parent brand and the launch brand stay aligned. We can also start with one and add the other later.
A full launch package runs 10 to 16 weeks from kickoff to sales-gallery opening, depending on whether we start from a new brand or carry forward an existing identity. Project name and identity sit in weeks 1 to 6. Brochure, microsite and gallery collateral run in parallel from week 4. Print, signage and 3D visualisation land in the final 3 to 4 weeks before opening.
Yes. Residential work focuses on the buyer journey and lifestyle voice, with sales-gallery brochures, fact sheets, microsites and 3D walkthroughs sized to the launch window. Commercial work focuses on tenant and investor audiences, with leasing brochures, asset reports, corporate websites and stakeholder publications for offices, malls, mixed-use precincts and industrial estates.
Yes. We have produced brand work for hospitality clients including the national convention bureau and listed property groups with hospitality arms. Engagements cover corporate identity for the hotel group, property-level brand systems for individual hotels and resorts, F&B menus, in-room collateral, seasonal campaigns and corporate websites. We staff hotel work against the operator and the property in parallel.
English and Bahasa Malaysia are written in-house by our editorial team. Mandarin is handled by vetted property-aware copywriters who specialise in launch collateral. We design layouts to flex between three character densities so one brochure shell can carry English fact sheets, BM legal disclaimers and Mandarin marketing copy without redesigning the master.
Yes. Our creative team produces 2D renderings, 3D walkthrough animations, architectural still photography and drone footage in-house. The visualisation work feeds directly into the project brochure, microsite, sales-gallery loop and ad creative, so the buyer sees a consistent representation of the development across every touchpoint.
